Our FastDot origination machine can work in the optical lithography mode with spatial resolution 0.3 micron or even less. Various metamaterials and other spatial structures thus can be arranged by multiple etching processes in Si and GaAs substrates. The photo shows an optical sensor surface structure made by us in microplastic research program with the help of surface enhanced Raman scattering technique.
